Addy Awards, Communicator Awards and the ICIA Dealership of the Year Award are prized accolades of our dedication and enthusiasm. CPR’s team of production professionals have backgrounds ranging from the Big Top to Broadway and from concert stages to broadcasting – we love to turn ideas into flawless events.
In 1988 government and industry were feeling the need to project computer information for command and control, training, and systems monitoring. Computer Projection Rentals, Inc. was founded to address that need. As a pioneer in data projection CPR set the mark for interfacing and projecting even higher resolution computers. CPR bought the first revolutionary InLine 2000 interface and created the classified Tempest projector. If a computer generated video, we made it bigger.
We owned speakers for the presenters, too. One day Silicon Graphics requested we display a VHS tape as well as their workstation. We detoured to Circuit City for a VCR on the way to the site and thus began our foray into video. Next came inquiries on projecting HDTV - analog back in 1989 - and we provided the solution at the first Meckler HDTV Symposium in New York.
As a client driven company we added cameras and switch-packs as demand grew for these services. Our name changed to CPR MultiMedia Solutions to acknowledge our growing range of skills. In 1999 CPR launched the Creative Services Group to design and produce media content for our diverse client base. The Lighting Department was added so we could control the entire presentation environment and assure our clients success. Today CPR MultiMedia Solutions services the business, government and entertainment sectors. While much has changed our core values hold steady: we still provide the latest in technology, we aim to build long-term relationships and we offer great service for a fair price.
