The U.S.A.F. Memorial Dedication 2006
The United States Air Force Memorial did officially dedicate and present to the nation at an onsite ceremony at 1:30 p.m., on Saturday, October 14, 2006. The new Memorial is located in Arlington, Virginia, directly across from the Pentagon. Immediately following the dedication, the United States Air Force Band and a high-profile American entertainer shared the stage for a free concert to celebrate the nation’s historic new Memorial.
