USO World Gala 2009
For over six decades, the USO (United Service Organizations) has been providing morale, welfare and recreational services to U.S. military personnel and their families. The USO is a nonprofit, charitable organization, relying on the generosity of the American people to support its programs and services. This star-studded event will feature well-known entertainers from USO celebrity entertainment tours and will recognize a special volunteer, as well as honorees selected by the Senior Enlisted representatives from each branch of the armed forces for their extraordinary bravery, loyalty, and heroism.

Celebrities fresh off their USO tours show their patriotism at this event honoring Gary Sinise and the USO Volunteer of the Year, plus honorees from each branch of the armed forces chosen for their extraordinary heroism. Guests include Trace Adkins and the West Point Glee Club, Miss USA Kristen Dalton, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
