Supporting America’s Heroes: CPR MultiMedia Solutions and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation

A charitable organization that holds a special place in the hearts of everyone at CPR MultiMedia Solutions is the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (T2T). Since the foundation’s inception, CPR has proudly provided AV production support for their annual Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk in Brooklyn, New York.

Each year, our team delivers mobile LED video screens and outdoor display technology to enhance the race experience for participants and spectators. This year, CPR supplied three LED trailers at the starting line and one LED trailer at the finish line, ensuring clear visuals, live video coverage, and impactful storytelling throughout the event. Our high-resolution LED displays perform flawlessly in outdoor environments—providing reliable visibility under any lighting conditions.

Since September 11, 2001, Tunnel to Towers has honored the legacy of fallen firefighter Stephen Siller and all first responders by supporting America’s heroes. The foundation provides mortgage-free homes to Gold Star families and fallen first responder families, as well as specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. Their mission extends to ending veteran homelessness and ensuring that we Never Forget the sacrifices made on 9/11.

Stephen’s story continues to inspire. On the morning of September 11, 2001, Stephen Siller, assigned to Brooklyn’s Squad 1, was on his way to meet his brothers for a round of golf when he heard over his scanner that a plane had struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Without hesitation, he returned to his firehouse, grabbed his gear, and drove toward Manhattan.

When he reached the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel and found it closed for security reasons, Stephen strapped 60 pounds of gear to his back and ran on foot through the tunnel toward the Twin Towers—where he ultimately gave his life saving others. His courage and selflessness inspired the creation of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which continues his legacy of service and sacrifice.
