CPR MultiMedia Solutions was proud to support our European AV Alliance partner, Habegger GmbH, at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Our team provided comprehensive audio-visual production services for their client, Dufry, during a high-profile Town Hall meeting.

From concept to execution, CPR delivered end-to-end event production including professional audio reinforcement, staging, pipe and drape, video switching, camera systems, event lighting, and live video streaming management. Our mission was to provide a seamless AV experience that allowed our international partners to focus on show direction while we handled the technical execution on-site.

The stage backdrop featured CPR’s Aluvision 2.8mm LED video wall, creating a vibrant, high-resolution display that supported video playback, presentations, and Zoom integration for remote participants. The LED wall was powered by a Barco E2 video switching system, ensuring precise signal management and flawless visual transitions throughout the program.

To deliver crystal-clear visuals and streaming content, we deployed a mix of Sony PTZ cameras and manned camerasfor IMAG (image magnification) and broadcast-quality live feeds. The audio system was anchored by Yamaha digital mixing consoles, JBL professional speakers, and Shure Axient wireless microphone systems, providing balanced, intelligible sound for both in-room and online attendees.

Our event lighting design tied everything together, with MAC Aura fixtures and Elation LED ellipsoids enhancing the stage environment and presenter visibility. The result was a dynamic and polished look that elevated the client’s Town Hall experience.
